Privacy policy

If you ask to compare quotes, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, preferred contact method, and the details of your project (such as project type, scope, approximate size, budget, and timeframe), along with the cost estimate you were shown. We only receive this information when you submit the form.

We also record basic, first-party analytics events about how the site is used — for example that a page was viewed or the estimator was completed, with the page and metro involved, and the website you arrived from if there was one. We store only that site’s hostname, never the full address you came from, and we do not record your name, IP address, or any identifier that follows you between visits. These events are collected by us, stored by us, and are not a third-party advertising or tracking product.

We use your contact and project details to follow up on your request for quotes. Your personal data is shared only with matched contractors — trade professionals who work in your area on projects like yours — and only for the purpose of providing you quotes. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Leads — the contact and project details you submit — are retained for 24 months from submission, then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, before the 24 months are up, by emailing maxwellsimonnewman@gmail.com. We will delete your lead and confirm by reply.

Submitting the quote form is how you give consent: the consent sentence shown next to the submit button is stored with your lead, together with the time you submitted it, so there is a record of exactly what you agreed to.
